Cindy Grile

Hello! I am Cindy Grile, the principal here at Central Christian School. I grew up south of Fort Wayne in Jay County. My husband Ryan and I have 3 active children that keep us busy with the many church and sports activities they are involved in. I love baking, hiking, being outside, and enjoying God’s creation.

After graduating from Jay County High School, I attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI. While there I majored in Elementary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. Halfway through my junior year, I transferred to Ball State University and my husband and I started dating. In 2005 I graduated with my degree in Elementary Education. I taught for 3 years at a Christian school in my hometown. I then choose to stay at home for a season. I went back to teaching elementary education at the school I had attended as a child. I quickly realized that I loved teaching, but my passion was in leadership. With some prompting from my principal, I started back to school to obtain my master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ball State University. I graduated from Ball State a second time with my master’s. God then brought my family and me all here to Central Ministries and Central Christian School.

I am so thankful God brought us here. Central Ministries quickly became my family’s new home church. They have so much to offer and many opportunities to serve. Central Christian School is an amazing place to be. The church, families, and staff love the Lord and continue to strive to grow closer to him every day.
