Your student needs to have the following items in the school office before enrollment is finalized.

Basic requirements for student enrollment:

• Student Birth Certificate

• Immunization forms

• Completed application for CCS*

• Enrollment fee paid* (see enrollment fee on Tuition and Fees Policy)

  *These two items must be completed and turned into the office in order to secure your child(ren)’s spot in the classroom.
